I think mainly because we are too independent.... and we dont have time for the bs, we see a flaw in a man and if we dont like it we keep it moving I dont think that we try and work things out we just move on to the next....
I think that the roles of men and women are so distorted and we do not understand that in every friendship, relationship, or what have you, there needs to be balance. Often you find 2 people trying to control the situation instead of working together. I think that women have so many trust issues that we do not allow the man to be a man. This is all a result of the break down in family. I think if we out more time to get to know one another without the physical, then you have a better chance at getting to know this person and seeing if this is someone that you are willing to spend your life with or if this is someone to just "get it & hit it!!"
I think women tend to come across to desperate. I don't need to know by day 2 that you want to be married by next year. I understand setting expectations because the only thing I am feeling is your lonely and looking to lock somebody down. What ever happen to the old way of falling in love, taking time to get to know each other and develop a foundation. History has shown just jumping into a marriage for the wrong reason results in divorce quicker. So, I think my sista yall need to review your expectations and the way it is being delivered and most important look at the dudes your attracted to. You can want marriage from someone your not compatiable with !
