I think women do have standards, but we think if we say, "I expect only this" no one will reach for our high bar?
..no matter how high your bar, when a man wants you, you can't get rid of him.
Do you think the majority of single men are still will to show some "act right" for a woman?
There are a lot of good men left. But there are a lot of men who don't have to be good men to get a women...

That was Steve Harvey's comment women need to basically man a man be a man. My opinion it isn't something a women can do.

I read this article in Essence the other day and I agree with. I actually plan on picking up his book this weekend.
Yes a woman CAN require that a man be a man, but if he is not willing to do so she needs to be woman enough to walk away instead of settling.
Keep in mind that requiring and making are two different things. require is something you can control, you can't make anybody do anything.

Why shocked? I think that there is some truth to what he has to say. I like to at least attempt to hear what the other side has to say. My degree is in behavioral studies .. so I have to up on this crap.
