I can say I wanna vote for Obama because he is black, because most of the time the stuff they talk about is just smoke up our Azz anyway.....

But on the real, I think the world is ready for a change, I dont think it has anything to do with race, I just like what the man stands for which is "CHANGE", I think with a new face in office, the world around us with start to gain a little more respect for what America stand for.

And I think he will make Foreign Relations better.

The world is ready for change and for the past 8 years the republican party did not deliver. Therefore, I feel the best candidate would be Obama not because he's black but because he's about Change.

At this point, I can't really decide who I want to vote for. I hear decent things from the Dem's change is always good, middle class tax breaks. I need to hear more from the GOP though, just sticking Palin (sp) out front ain't cutting cause Johnny Mac is looking older and older. I need to hear more from both parties because right nowit's all smoke and mirrors, like 2 kids running for Class President...'I will get us pizza for lunch everyday and a live mascot at the football games.'

Because he is the best canidate period. From healthcare to middle class tax cuts are supperior.

Add that with the fact McCain has 7 top washington lobbyist running his campaign and it is a wrap.

Anyone that votes for McCain should have there voting privaledges permanently revoked!

Its funny you ask that because i have joked and said McCain and almost lost my life. LOL. In all honesty, in my knowledge of politics, whichever president comes into office is destined for failure. Our economy is cyclical and right now its pretty much at rock bottom of its cycle. Whichever president comes into office is going to catch the flack for having to do what is necessary to revive our economy which is either alienate businesses by making them pay higher taxes and/or forcing them to bring jobs back to the states from overseas, or alienate the working class by raising taxes to appease big business bailouts. Im choosing Obama because McCain is old and I think headed for senial land and Palin has absolutely no experience in foreign policy and Alaska is not mainland US and does not face the same daily problems we do so she has no clue.

"tax cuts for the middle class", what does that mean. its such a broad term, does that mean any making 35-100k per year, or 20-250k. it really doesn't matter thought. it doesn't really matter how much money you give the middle class if they don't have jobs. if you raise taxes on the upper class and corprations then jobs will disappear. its a known fact in economics that corps. don't pay taxes, they're passed on to employees and customers. if you raise taxes on them then jobs will disappear. This is just one of his crazy socialist ideas that will really mess up this country, thats why i will be voting for McCaine.

So long as that middle class tax break includes me, I'm fine with however you define. that tax break may be $1 or 1% of GAI, its still that much more that I have now that I didn't have before.

So the Bush tax cuts for the top 2%has worked exactly how?

Jobs and Income have been lost under Bush and Republican rule.
The average family has $1,000 less income to spend as opposed to 8 years ago when the Republicans took over the House and Senate.

Obama does not propose to raising taxes on corporations that are investing in US workers. He does propose rolling back the Bush tax cuts that give companies like Exxon Mobile 4 billion dollars worth of Tax breaks when they have been reporting record profits for the last two years. The tax rates would be the same as during the Clinton years when there was not record deficit spending and massive job losses.

So if you want to talk about economics there is a supply side and a demand side theory. The republicans believe in supply side that has not worked as evident with the last 8 years. Our economy is fueled by consumers. If you put more money into the people that fuel the economy it will grow. But we can talk economics at a later date.

Only thing guaranteed by a republican president is war, job loss, and recession.

I think Warren Buffet is a pretty wealthy guy and knows how the market works and he supports Obama as do I.

How can someone receive a tax cut if they are not working? Your logic makes no sense.

You have no problem bailing out the banks that are corrupt and caused this mess. But you are against a tax proposal that supports WORKING FAMILIES?

I have nothing against tax cuts for working families but i do have a problem with raising taxes on some people just to give money to other people. Just because someone works hard and becomes successful doesn't mean he should have to pay for people that didn't get an education or work as hard or for whatever reason don't make as much. i think thats pretty damn socialist and certainly not patriotic.

and as for healthcare, i have healthcare, my family has healthcare and always has. there are donzens of insurance companies out there that will insure almost anyone and if you can't afford that then the emergency room can not turn someone away for inability to pay. for example, my wife and i just had a baby, i had to pay about $500 and the total bill came to over $20k for the delivery and hospital stay. At the same time we were there a lady came in ready to give birth, it was obvious that she couldn't pay but she received the same level of care we did and i'm pretty sure they didn't go by her room with a bill the day they were ready to go home.

which brings up another point about taxes. tax cuts are nice and all but how does obama expect to pay for his universal healthcare?? in canada and the UK the average income tax rate is 40%, here, its about 25%. So when you pushing that button of obama in november just go ahead and write a check for another 15% of your income to the government.

About McCain watcfh below:

And about Obama and his taxes he IS NOT TAXING THE LOWER MIDDLE CLASS JUST THE UPPER CLASS LIKE THE DUDES WHO ARE CHILLING IN THE FRENCH RIVIERA WITH ALL THE MONEY FROM THE BANKS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR OUR TAX MONEY TO BAIL THEM OUT.

Sen. Barack Obama says present tax code rewards wealth instead of work

Read below for Obama's Tax Plan:

But you support a tax plan that ships American jobs overseas that is not very patriotic either. Class and social warfare has lead to a lot of ignorance in our society. It pits race and religion against each other and the top 2% laugh all the way to the bank.

All of my family members are insured as well as both of my parents are college grads. We are the only country that is modernized and not a third world country that does not have a national healthcare system.

Borrowing money from China ,Japan, and Mexico so we can buy gas from the Middle East and Venezuela does not seem very patriotic to me either. In fact it is plain stupid because we are running up a national debt with our kids charge card.

In fact if John McCain had his way and Health Insurance and Social Security was privatized it would be in the tank just like the banking system.

actually whats sending jobs overseas is the fact that the US has one of the highest levels of corporate taxes in the industrialized world at between 15-39%, while most other nations range from 12-25%. This along with organized labor has pushed jobs overseas. what does obama want to do about this, why raise taxes on corporations of course.

and as for the "top 2%" your talking about, you do realize that as of 2003 the top 5% of wage earners paid 53.25%, the the top 10% paid 64.89% of all income taxes.

we do in fact import over 78% of our oil, want to know why?? because we can't drill or digg for the resources we have. in fact the compromise energy bill put up just last week effectivly locked down 88% of the resources that we could extract to help up get to a point where we wouldn't have to import as much but the dems and the environazis would rather send money the chaves and the middle east but they aren't the main ones, check out this chat for the facts. We get most of our imported oil from canada.

http://www.eia.doe.gov/pub/oil_gas/petroleum/data_publications/company_level_imports/current/import.html

as for your thinking that McCaine would ruin Healthcare, you seriously think that the same people that have bankrupted social security by moving it into the governments general fund and promptly spending it while at the same time spending $300 for toilet seats and giving themselves raises each year for the last three years would run it any better. or perhaps the fact that people from all those other countries you people admire so much flock here for medical treatments mean our healthcare system isn't working.

you know what i want you to tell me?? how many medical breakthroughs or new technologies have come from france, cuba, canada, or the UK in the last 25 years??? i wonder if you can list 2.
