I am at a loss, what is the purpose of going on TV to find a wife? Maybe he was looking at TV and saw that everyone else is getting a microwaved marriage and a bump in popularity. Maybe he just need to get his face out there and rebuild his congregation, because he not gonna get much face time during his community service hours.
Regardless, I can't imagine what the premise of the show is going to be. A 'Man of the cloth' with a harem that he rotates dating? Can't really see that flying to well.
He hasn't been divorced long enough to have healed from his previous marriage. He is sending the wrong message, which should be about taking time to heal. Instead he is teaching keep hunting til you find someone that will not tell the world you beat her ! I wonder how many convicted domestic abusers would get their own TV show. I can only believe Juanita was right, he is about the money
He has become the Flavor Flav of the Pulpit. Who wants to see a Pastor/Bishop out chasing or being chased like it is cool by a bunch of women. There should be a major protest of this show. But instead it will become a HIT because of the menality of most people in the world today. They thrive to hear and be in someone elses business. At some point we have to go against the grain and start standing for something instead of continuing to fall for anything.
On the radio he said the show is about healing, humm ! That is how I healed after my divorce, I tried to hit any chick that said hi to me more that once. LOL
At this point he is just attention and money hungry. Because if his life is truely dedicated to the works of God. He is going about it in the wrong way.
He should just pray about it. God gave him one good wife he couldnt honor or value so he should be put his faith in God that another good woman will come his way in time.
He needs to read his bible more

I can't really see how this show can be anything more than a fishing trip for money, but at the same time, we need to spread the fault. Oh she as hell is at fault for accepting such an assinine offer, but who is the jackass that pitched this show to ANYONE? We all know people are gonna watch it with the excuse 'I just wanna see what he gonna do'. How this preacher gonna be on TV auditioning these broads for a wife?
I am more curious to see which channel picks this crap up and how do they plan to market it. If someone can get this crap off the ground they have a great marketing future ahead of them, I mean really, lets break this down to its very last compound...Preacher searching for new wife on TV + attention seekers. What kinda stuff are they gonna do, see who knows the most bible passages, see who selects the correct outfit for the right service...really people...what are we really doing?
As far as the comment about him not honoring his first wife, I am sure there are numerous people who learned an easy life lesson the hard way and became better people from being an idiot earlier.
wow. i did not know this was in making. i too see several things wrong this. whether is be spiritual, emotional, mental, and of course as we already know definitely physical, there still remains the facts we are not aware of. the information and acts which led to not only the parking lot brawl, but verbal and or other circumstances leading up to his decision to partake in reality show. what of the watch tower, what of the shepherd? How do you go from leading the flock to mocking GOD counsel and commandment?
